IMPCO moves Dutch office to Gorinchem
As a result of the recent acquisition of
TeleflexGFI it was decided that IMPCO Technologies BV will
move its European headquarters to the city of Gorinchem in
week 52 & 53 of this year. The move will be completed by
January 4th 2010. More information regarding the move can be

Fuel Systems Solutions
agrees to acquire Teleflex Incorporated's Power Systems
business
Fuel
Systems Solutions Inc. has agreed to purchase Teleflex
Inc.'s Power Systems business, which includes industrial and
transportation alternative fuel components and systems and
auxiliary power systems. The transaction is expected to
close in the third quarter of 2009 and is subject to
customary closing conditions.

Systems has pursued its strategy of acquiring businesses and
technology that enhances or extends its capabilities." said
Mariano Costamagna, chief executive officer at Fuel Systems
Solutions. "Teleflex's alternative fuel components and
systems business unit complements our existing global
transportation and industrial businesses. Its technology and
engineering capabilities expand our existing platform. The
auxiliary power systems business, anti-idling auxiliary
power units that are used to generate power for operators of
parked class-8 trucks and diesel locomotives, will broaden
our target markets."

IMPCO-BERU name change
As
a result of our recent acquisition of the BERU shares, we
are pleased to inform you that our current company name
‘IMPCO-BERU Technologies’ has officially changed to ‘IMPCO
Technologies’ with effect from the 1st of January
2009.
This change applies to our headquarters in the Netherlands
(IMPCO Technologies BV) as well as our affiliate companies
in France (IMPCO Technologies Sarl), Germany (IMPCO
Technologies GmbH) and the United Kingdom (IMPCO
Technologies Ltd).
There have been no personnel changes and we will continue
to provide the quality products and services that you expect
from us.
